Student Accommodation

We offer accommodation for the academic year, September until June, for students and visiting professors. Internship accomodation is also available in the summer period (with a minimum stay of 4 weeks).

Our apartments are all self-contained, with their own kitchen and bathroom, and are fully-furnished and equipped, with kitchenware and appliances and colour satellite TV. All of our apartments are also fitted with a washing machine.

We have studio apartments with a double bed suitable for one person or a couple, for £900 - £1,000 per calendar month (£225 - £250 per week)

And one-bedroom apartments with a double or twin bed in the bedroom and the possibility of a double bed in the living room, for £1,000 - £1,300 per calendar month (£250 - £325 per week)

We also have a few two-bedroom apartments for £1,700 - £2,000 per calendar month (£425 - £500 per week)

Our rental price includes central heating, constant hot water, water rates and TV license. Broadband Internet is available for a small extra charge in most rooms.

All our apartments are located in Victorian converted buildings in Craven Hill Gardens W2, in the heart of London, a minute’s walk from Hyde Park, and in walking distance of Lancaster Gate, Queensway, and Paddington. They are just across the park from Imperial College, the Royal College of Art and the Royal College of Music.
